As time went on, the Indian Province established Houses, schools, dispensaries/ Health centres, orphanages and social work centres in a number of States like Bihar, U.P. Maharashtra, Karnataka, Kerala, Nepal and Uttarakhand. It became necessary to restructure the Province into smaller Provinces or Regions for administrative efficiency. Thus the following Provinces and Regions were created:

• Allahabad Province in 1991
• Patna Province in 1991
• Nepal Region in 2006
• Delhi Province in 2007
• Bangalore Region in 2010.
